Hi, I'm John!
I'm a Machine Learning and Computer Engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University. I specialize in creating high-performance AI solutions and have hands-on experience with tools like Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. AI-Powered Legal Document Summarization & Q&A Assistant: A GPT-4o mini-powered AI that summarizes legal documents and answers legal questions. Built with FastAPI and Streamlit, it streamlines legal research by providing instant insights and AI-driven responses.
AI-Powered Video Clipping & Summarization Tool: An AI-driven system that extracts key video highlights using Whisper, CLIP, OpenCV, Kafka, and Kubernetes. It detects engaging scenes, transcribes speech, and generates captions with real-time processing and a Streamlit-based UI.
Buy, Sell and Hold: an AI-driven financial market forecasting and risk management system that employs Reinforcement Learning (PPO) to optimize trading decisions, leveraging real-time market data, technical indicators, and risk metrics, with a FastAPI-powered REST API for predictions and an interactive Streamlit dashboard for visualization.
